Kalbarri National Park

If you are traveling through Western Australia, you will eventually come by the National Park of Kalbarri. We share our experiences and have some tips for you.

The Kalbarri National Park is similar to Karijini. You can drive to some viewpoints and admire the gorges. In the gorges, a river flows through, in which one can also bathe.

The Nature’s Window is especially advertised in Kalbarri. It is a stone arch that has been shaped naturally. To see this, you have to drive nearly 30km on unpaved and eroded road.

The entrance fee is $13 in Kalbarri – payable at a collection box. We have talked to some people who did not put the fee into the collection box and entered the park without paying.

In one day you can see everything there is to see. Above all, you will see lots of flies – I mean depending on the season lots and lots of flies.
